In recent years TAK Company have been heavily engaged in the purchase and processing of dry fruits from Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan while exporting to Russia, USA, Europe, Turkey, UAE, and other countries. As Afghanistan is an agricultural economy based on agriculture and livestock, TAK Company got registered with AISA in 2014 to collect, clean, process, pack and export dry fruits in support of the market economy. In 2015, TAK established its first factory in the industrial park of Mazar-e-Sharif, equipped with imported, high tech machinery to wash, clean, process, and pack dry fruits. Over a hundred employees, mainly Afghan women, are currently working for the factory. TAK is registered with Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) in the United States.
